The 2nd Amendment

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." -- 2nd Amendment to the United States Constitution

Fred Pieper will oppose any legislation that infringes on the rights of citizens to bear arms. Pieper will support legislation that protects a citizen's right to defend his home and family.

Fred Pieper was born and raised in rural Paulding County where his father owned and operated a gun shop. Fred and his two brothers were introduced to gun sports at an early age. He started hunting and trap shooting at the age of twelve. Pieper has competed in trap shooting competitions on both a regional and national level.

He is determined to uphold and defend the 2nd Amendment and will be an opponent of legislation that would place additional tax on ammunition, guns, and shooting supplies. A lover of the outdoors, Pieper will defend the rights of outdoorsman to enjoy public lands in a safe and responsible manner.
